I went to flawless Sm Makati branch again to avail their promo on the said voucher which is the Signature Body Peel.
Yes, you heard it right! Flawless Signature Body peel, from Php 4,500 to Php 2,000 only!
i also tried their Glutathione IV with Vitamin C which cost Php 2,500 per session, but luckily they have an undergoing promo for the whole november which is 2+1 with Vitamin C which only Cost for Php 5,000.
I arrived 10 mins. early at flawless (little excited here!) and upon entering Dr. Marcos gave me a warm welcome. This is my first time to have body service at flawless. I am very shy and embarrassed to show my body to a stranger though i'm always here and i'm already a regular client but the feeling is too strong to handle. A little excited but you'll get a feeling of a little nervous.
After waiting for 10 mins. Ate Ann ushered me inside of the private room and instructed me to remove all my clothes to get ready for the body peel. (yes, bare naked!)
She Gave me 2 Pieces of towel, a Headband and another headband to tie my hair to prevent getting wet and also a disposable underwear/panty to use.
To tell you honestly i'm getting very nervous at this point because i am bare naked and the towel is the only cover i've got to cover myself.
These are the materials and Ingredient to be used for the whole procedure of Signature Body Peel. Body Cream, Peeling Solution, and Sea Salt Scrub. I took a selfie before starting the procedure. Cause' why not? :D
To start with, Ate Ann began the treatment by applying my front and back body with complete body scrub, which is very relaxing and refreshing. After the body scrub, Ate Ann rinse my body with wet warm towel. After rinsing my front and back body she then pat my body with dry towel.
The body scrub that combines aluminum oxide crystals with 3 fruit acid derivatives, glycolic acid, salicylic acid and lactic acid, smoothes the skin micro-surface. Enriched with a lightening agent.

After my whole body has been dried up she then unfold plastic i was laying and then she is now preparing for the peeling solution that will apply for my whole body again.
She soak the 2 gloves of Superaxid Body lotion in a glass dish. She smooth the gloves permeated over my entire body. Ate Ann told me that i would feel a little sting on selected area of my body, because it is the main ingredient of the body peel.
After that, she wrapped me on a plastic sheet and leave it for 3 mins. The plastic wrap lessen the stinging effect i felt with the body lotion.
Though while waiting i already feel the sting on such areas like my back and my thighs and the most problematic i ever experienced is that i feel like i badly need to go to the Comfort room.
Ate Anne gave me a piece of towel and i ran toward to the comfort room. i really need to pee, it's going down.(i'm going timberrr ♫♪, you better move! ♫ haha!)
Anyway, after letting the Body Lotion stayed my body for 3 mins with a plastic wrap, Ate Ann finally unfold the plastic.She then applied the body cream all over my body with a short massage.
Body Lotion has Glycolic, salicylic and lactic acid-based body lotion that has a real "peeling" effect, which helps eliminating dead cells and reducing unsightly pigmentation.
That's the end of the signature body peel. The body cream is too sticky and has that weird smell even the body lotion. I guess it's the chemical. Ate Ann told me that my body will not peel too much just mild peel which takes for 1 week. You can wet your body after 8 Hours.
For me, it felt awkward at first but when the session starts you won't feel the awkwardness since the aesthetician will make you feel comfortable.
Have i told you that i also availed their promo 2+1in Gluthatione IV? Flawless also offers a 2+1 Promo for selected services.
So after having my signature body peel i waited Dra. Marcus to finish her work with other client. I took a photo with the Medicine and Equipment that's gonna be used for the Gluthatione IV.
The Syringe with a yellowish color has already Vitamin C that's why it's not clear and the other Syringe is used to flush down the excess medicine and blood from the tube that will be inserted to my veins. To tell you honestly, i am afraid with a mere sight of needles.
So Dra. Marcus is already done with the other client and it's time for Injecting!
Did it hurt?
For me, it didn't hurt at all especially that i am afraid with needles going through my veins. The doctor made me choose what area she would inject the Glutha IV. She made me feel more comfortable and relax which is i like the most for some reason.
How long does it last?
It only lasted for 1 min.
How many sessions do i need?
Well, it depends on your skin type on how many sessions do you need. In my case, i only avail the Gluthatione IV it's because it helps to remove all the toxins inside your body and helps build stronger immune system. Though i really have fair skin since birth but i wanted to be more fairer and smoother and have glowing skin. Insecurities you know?
How Much does it cost?
Flawless Gluthatione IV with Vitamin C cost Php 5,000 when you availed their 2+1 promo. But without the promo the regulaar price is Php 2,500 and add 500 for the Vitamin C.
After getting the Signature body peel and Glutathione IV the effect is very amazing i can already see that my skin is now a bit glowing and lighter than before. Don't worry i'll make another blog review about Gluthatione IV but i'll focus on Glutha IV more and show you the step by step and how the procedure looks like.
