It's been a while since I posted my last blog about Beauty and the Beast. I've been really busy these past few weeks / months, but luckily I have found a perfect topic for my blog to share. I hope you'll like this since I am also one of the fans who tried finding a solution just to hoard this product. This skincare is too mainstream when you get to try one of their products, you'll eventually will surely loved them and want to hoard some more! Let me introduce you SKIN POTIONS. 

Skin potions offers a wide range of Cute, Girly, Sassy and Stylish skin care products.

Soaps to love! ❤

First, let me show you the soaps I bought for my skin type and problem. Here we have their Candy Soaps we have Acne Cream Pie, the Pores and Evictions Soap Watermelon Soap Shocker. 

All of these soaps smells nice especially the watermelon soap shocker, 

ugh! i love the scent !! I Can not wait to try them one by one, but for now I still need to finish my current soap that I am using from Skin Lab Manila :)

Moving on, let me discuss to you some amazing facts about these cute and fancy soaps that can help improve my skin condition. They call these Candy Soaps I have no idea why but maybe because of the scent itself, i guess?

Acne Cream Pie

First we have the Acne Cream Pie, this soap cost Php 250.00 but because i bought this trendsletter bazaar and i only got it for Php175.00 only, it's a pretty deal honestly.

USE:
This soap helps to heal acne and can help lighten acne scar according to the description of the soap.
The scent / aroma of this soap is milk and butterscotch that's why I'm loving it! 

PERFECT FOR:
This soap is perfect for persons who have severe acne and hormonal acne like mine. I do have hormonal acne that's why it's so hard to diminish them easily and find the right treatment for it.


The second one will be the Pores Soap Eviction.

USE:This soap helps get rid of perfectly  visible pores, saggy skin, small bumps, acne marks, blemishes and stretch marks, so it's a perfect soap for face and body. According to skin potions information site ( @ skinpotions_info.site ) is that this soap also has an  Witch-hazel extract (Hamamelis Virginiana) that  make it an excellent astringent which means it has the ability to remove excess oil from the skin, tighten saggy skin and pores shrink down.

It can also shrink swollen veins. Witch hazel and aloe vera has properties that can lighten acne marks and stretch marks.

They literally do not call it watermelon duo, I just made it myself since they said it's a perfect duo for Whitening & lightening. Though, I am so in love with the scent and especially the fruit itself cause i love watermelon like duh! hahaha! 

Fear no more, because the soap shocker watermelon has a lot of benefits not just whitening.

USE:
This soap helps to brighten the skin, moisturize, lighten, nourish, softens, anti-aging and even freshen up the skin. It is said that it can dries up pimples and mild skin tightens removing bumps and unclogging clogged pores. It also removes black and white heads.


 PERFECT FOR:

This soap is highly recommended for  combination to oily skin and also great for sensitive skin for its vegetable glycerin base ingredient.

USE:

This is for skin whitening lotions and intense rehydration. I bet this is amazing lotions according to it's ingredients and uses since it is SPF45 and also has the highest content of whitening which is the famous Alpha Arbutin whitening ingredient used for soaps. 

It is also infused with shea butter, which helps the skin more smooth and healthy. For the scent of this lotion you should see for yourself for me because I'm loving it! I think it has the same scent of

LOVELY snowberry cream mask ❤

This is the famous cream snowberry sleeping mask that everyone's raving about and dying for, including me! hey! no wonder everyone loves this mask. 

It's promising! It has a lot of benefits not focusing in the face to our body but also impurities. Well sorry for being exaggerated, but I really love this cream even if it's my very first time to use this i will surely make a review for this cream to prove that it promises what it says. I only bought it for only Php 315.00 from Php 450.00 . I suggest that if you're dying to try one well grab the chance and the World Trade Center every time they're having a bazaar's worth it!

USE:

Sleeping mask This cream has a lot of benefits targeting specific areas like  acne that can dries up pimples and acne heals fast, lighten spots, scars, sun spots, uneven skin tone, reduce the appearance of stretch marks even freckles . Skin potions also stated that this cream can soothes insect bites. 

The best part of this cream is that you can use this as a makeup primer, filler and even pore pore minimizer for perfect coverage. It leaves a matte finish and instant whitening effect after application even for first use. This cream has SPF45, so no need to worry because your skin is super protected. If you're curious about the scent well it has strawberry scent not too strong but prett sure everyone will love!

Direction of use:

1. Soap + Toner + Serum or Beauty Oil SNOW BERRY CREAM MASK

PM:

 Apply a generous amount on your skin and leave it overnight.

AM: 

Apply enough amount of cream mask on your skin let it dry and leave it the whole day. You can also use this as a makeup primer. Apply light make up after.

what a miracle Aloe vera ❤

Aloe Vera  is a cactus plant that belongs to the family Liliaceae. It grows in dry climates, we have one planted in our garden. 

I never knew aloe vera could be such a lifesaver since it helps to heal wounds and soothes skin best example for this? Sunburns, for it's anti-inflammatory and cooling properies. So what more if it is used for skin care? Luckily Potions Skin has a one to offer! I got this Aloe Vera gel for only Php 196.00 from Php 280.00

The scent? Well it does not smell nice i guess it's because of the essential oils that's in it to help lips moisturized.  

I bought this Lippie Eve for only Php 260.00 from Php 300.00

Eve Lippie has 2 shades, t he shades are just the same color which is of course Pink, though the No. 2 which has the red flower jelly is more than darker shade no.1 

If you think this lip balm is just your ordinary balm, you're wrong because skin potions Eve Lippie is infused w ith  honey, vitamin E, essential oils and gold flakes. 

Eve Lippie prevents lips from being chapped and dry. It also Moisturize and Controls Lips while giving it a pinkish kissable lips.

If you're thinking that skin potions only offers skincare, well no because now, actually they already start introducing tons of organic and safe make-up this cute concealer that is Concush. I bought this concush for only Php 280.00 from Php 350.00

The first time I use it I was so dumb and do not know how to operate since it was my first time using a concealer that needs to push from the button. Gomen Nasai ~ 😆



But then lesson learned that if you try using this concelaer better be careful becuase if you push too many times, the concealer may be right for your face over it and a spill.

This concealer has 2 shades Vanilla (Light Beige) and Butternut (Sand Beige) but not his shade is vanilla, this concealer is smudge proof and I guarantee that it really is. This concealer gave me a nice coverage though I think it's too light for my skin tone so I only put enough amount to cover just under my eyes and pimple marks. After an hour you will notice that your face looks flawless and poreless, Strength pro smoothness! ❤

Tired of doing winged liner failed over and over again? Well, skinpotions already has a dual eyeliner eyeliner which is most raved online! It gives an instant winged line on your eyes after you stamp it on the outer corner of your lid and connect all the way. Pretty easy right ?? No need to erase and do the same procedure all over again just to even out each eye, with the help of this cute MeowLiner your winged will now be easy peasy.

This eyeliner is perfect for beginners and for those who are having a hard time  trying to even out their cats eye. I always have a hard time making too perfectly even my winged liner Wayback when i was in high school. I was an avid fan of

This tomato juice serum is also one of skin potions product that everyone is raving for. I am really surprised that tomato has also benefits for skin i thought it's only good for weightloss. when i saw this serum online I want to give it a shot and I even did a lot of research before purchasing this serum. 


I got this serum for only Php 250.00 since it is a buy 1 get 1 i got 2 pump bottles for a price of one! This serum has a mild scent but juicy and sweety of course it does smell tomato.

USE:

This tomato juice serum helps to minimize the appearance of pores enlarge, brightens skin, it can also help reduce irritations and inflammations from acne, sunburnt skin heals, and even lessen oiliness from your face. Do not forget that tomato juice is also fights free radicals with an antioxidant that includes of vitamins A and C, lycopene (a tomato species found in tomatoes and other red fruits / vegetables) and lots of proteins. 


PERFECT FOR:

This serum is perfect for a combination of oily skin, dull and blemished skin.


Direction of use:

Apply a thin layer of serum to clean skin. Massage and leave on for 1 to 2 minutes before applying your day cream or makeup. Reapply in the evening before bed.

TONERS❤

I stop using my derma skincare regimen when I learned that my acne keeps going back from their products. I think I've had enough, but since I learned that skin potions also offers organic toners why I should not give it a shot too? I already used tons of toners including toner Eskinol Pimple Free but unfortunately it did not help me to get a clear face unlike others who are using it as a daily routine and also sometimes mixed it with the anti-biotic Dalacin C maybe my face need something more mild and natural?

Below, we have two kinds of toner. The Organic Fresh Blossom Toner and Toner. I have not used the fresh blossom since I am not done with the 1st organic toner i am using. It's supposed to be only 4 toners in the pictures since I bought the other toner online from BeautyMNL.

FRESH BLOSSOM TONER

USE:

Blossom fresh toner helps to control oil production, and even outs lightens skin tone and also deeply cleanses the face to remove pimple-causing bacteria.

PERFECT FOR:

Daily Use, Combination of Dry Skin, Normal Skin, Sensitive Skin. Best if consult first.

USE:

This toner helps skin to Lightens scars to even out skin tone, it tightens and smoothens skin to minimize the look of large pores and it is also enriched with effective pimple-fighting ingredients

PERFECT FOR:

Combination of Oily Skin, blemished skin prone to breakouts.

CC CUSHION❤

Honestly, I love the coverage of this cushion, it's light which is perfect for my skintone. 

It covers my blemishes and leaves my face perfectly matte finish which is good for a make-up day. Unfortunately I did not expect it to be so messy to apply. I love skin potions and i have nothing against with their products because I'm also an avid fan of this local brand. 

I had a very hard time applying it all over my face because the cream goes all to the side of the sponge and even on the compact. The cushion is raising everytime i push the sponge on the center instead of absorbing the cream from the sponge. 

I  ended up beauty use a blender to even out the cream. I want to appreciate the cc cushion but I can not help but be disappointed because of the cushion and compact. I think it still needs improvement but overall it does gave me a perfect coverage and i can not deny it. I still love it even it's hard to apply.

 magic balm ❤

 Okay, i honestly recommend this magic balm! It's magical 100% effective. I have been using this balm for almost a year! (Around 2 years i guess?). I guarantee it really lightens blemishes and scars that I have from my wounds / scratches iv'e got during my teenage days, well i am a bit clumsy than you think. The scent is not strong alright actually it's very mild. I got this balm for buy 1 get 1 free.

USE:

It's a multi-purpose balm that helps to brightens and lightens skin especially on  discoloration and dark spots. It takes time to fully get back the desired result so better have patience. According to skin potions it can also lightens  scars, acne marks, allergies, rashes, and much much more ... In my case I only use this whenever I have insect bites, scratches or even scar. Though i tried using this on my face but I did not see any difference or improvement so I only use this as a scar remover from my wounds on legs.


I suggest if you also have a scar on your legs, it's more effective if you also use lotion paired with this balm. 


PERFECT FOR:

Not recommended for oily skin though it works well with oily skin to some, it often depends on your skin's compatibility with the product. Can also help lightens  Underarms, knees, and elbows.


Direction for use:

I use this every night. It's better to use every night than the morning so you can penetrate the skin more effectively.

UNICORN LOVER❤

I never thought that unicorn will be too mainstream especially with skincare. Hey! I love unicorn !! Can you blame me? Well this Unicorn daydream serum is the best! it smells good even after application. I got my daydream from Unicorn Php 399.00 to Php 280.00 only.

USE:

This cute hydrating serum is not your ordinary serum. It actually helps moisturize skin, b oost hydration, p revents your skin from dullness, it b oost elasticity of the skin, it can also be used as a primer. If you're worrying about your acne Well worry no more, because this serum also prevents pimple -causing bacteria for clear, clean, and healthy skin. 


It's super funny! I did not need to worry if I'll have breakouts because of this serum. Actually I always use this right before I apply my makeup to be super safe.

I'm so thrilled with this cute bunny pump bottle lightning facial wash. At first i thought the brush was made of synthetic bristles like you can bought to common drugstores or skincare stores since I'm not a fan of those kind of brushes that is used for the face because it hurts like hell, but it's made of silicone brush which i love the most. It's easy to pump the scent is also mild which you will surely love more! 

It has a smooth and soft effect on the skin after rinsing the face in which you will feel flawless. it is also infused with anti-pimple ingredients to prevent having breakouts.

I got this from bunny Lightning Php 450.00 to Php 315.00 only .

USE:

A foamy facial wash which cleanses and brightens skin instantly. It leaves skin visibly flawless after one wash, which brings softness and bounce back to your face wherein you will feel smooth like a baby. It also helps refresh the skin, and dries up pimples fast.

Directions for use: 
Pump twice until bubbly. Gently brush your face using the brush tool and lather it on the whole face for a minute, rinse well. Pat dry and apply the rest of your regimen.

Beauty Injection ❤

Beauty Topical this injection is a true lifesaver. There are 3 kinds of BTI, i bought mine "smooth" which is good for acne-prone skin like mine. I've been using this for about a week and i can say that it really dries pimples fast. Though, i didn't experience the overnight healing, i think it depends on the case of your acne but after 2 following days some of my zits are already gone. From Php 250.00 to Php 175.00

USE:

A potent serum that treats acne-prone skin with all-natural ingredients. It is a spot treatment good for overnight which dries pimples fast.

Panda eyes ❤

Ah,Panda Eyes. I've been dying to try this product for my puffy under eyes. 

Unfortunately i can't so i don't know what's the use of this product and it's effectiveness. 

How come? well, the roller is fine but there's no cream neither any liquid coming out from the roller, i already message the skin potions official Instagram Account and their advice is to remove the roller from the container and rather use a cotton buds to wipe under your eyes and leave overnight. Finally!Problem Solved. Anyway, i bought panda eyes cream roller from Php 350.00 to Php 245.00

USE:

According to skin potions information site Panda Eyes A soothing cream that can lighten dark under eyes, and make your eye puffiness go away! Very safe to apply around the eyes. Made up with all natural ingredients including Cucumber that is known to calm and suck excess fluids under the eye's skin. Infused with retinol which prevents wrinkle formation.

Key ingredients:

-VIT. C
-Grape Seed Oil

Directions for use:

If the roller is defective, you can use cotton buds by removing the roller top to get the cream and apply on the under eyes before bed time and of course leave it overnight.

SNOW BRIGHT SERUM *NEW*❤

Skin Potions just released a new product recently which is the Snow Bright Serum. It is a serum that has a highest potency of brightening ingredients, according to them. I haven't use it because they recommend to use the product along with the Snow Fresh Essence which is also new released product. I forgot how much i bought this serum in discounted price but for regular price it cost Php 399.00 each

USE:

According to skin potions information, Snow bright serum improves appearance of uneven skintone, also it smoothens the appearance of fine lines.

Directions for use: 
After essence(best if pair with essence), apply a pea size drop on your face, massage evenly and follow with snowberry cream. I recommend that it is best to use it every night.
