When I started watching Ms. Nina (The CEO of Colourette Cosmetics) on Tiktok I was really Intrigue how good their product was, since when we were in College we already saw that they had Lily Maymac as their ambassadress. I am also mesmerized how far Ms. Nina has gone through before Colourette Happened, very Inspiring journey for those who want to put up a business. Back to our main topic. Now, this is the second batch of Colourette Lipsticks I bought from lazada, the first one were the colourtints. Tbh, when I first saw these Lipsticks I was so Inlove! Not only they are very Minimalist looking but they are hella affordable and offers Great Quality as well. I also wanna point out how hard it was to purchase them since most of their products were already sold out and It is really frustrating you know!
Very Pigmented Indeed yet Weightless. Non-Drying when worn on the Lips and glides smoothly – No Tagging! The Easy Mattes are Just Php 349.00 which is a very reasonable price for it's quality and don't forget if you purchase these products through Lazada/Shopee then you will have the chance to purchase them on a much cheaper price, since they always have big sales and promos especially this kind of season, what could you ask for!
When I say Very Pigmented and Weightless, Guuurl!! This is the kind of Bullet type of Lipstick I've been looking for ages! One swipe and you're good, but if you wanna achieve 'that look' then you can build it up by swiping another layer. It is non-drying, it doesn't make your lips dry when you removed it as well. It feels hydrating when worn and if you have a chapped lips like mine, you can try to apply their Blur Balm first so it can blur out the lines and helps prolong colour wear of lipstick.
They are not the type of lipstick that melts nor breaks when used first time. The texture is very creamy-velvety that it glides on the lips very smoothly. No! I am not sugarcoating the fact that it really has an excellent quality and considering this is a local brand, right? Lemme show you the swatches of these products without any filter. (sorry for my chapped eeky lips!)
The pigment is everything! I only swatch it 2 times and the pigment is already there. 1 swatch is perfect for those who want to achieve the 'ombre lips' but if you want to wear the full lip coverage then girl 2 swatch is already enough! Look how the blur balm blurs out my chapped lips! girl no filter was used in this specific photo even on the first photo above that has swatches of the easy mattes on my hand, so you can actually see how it looks like if we have the same skintone. I love how it is super pigmented and very weightless!
Colourette is stepping up their game to the Beauty Industry which I really loved because I've been using local brands for 2 years already and still exploring more local brands that will suit on my skin type. Compared to the old lipstick and cheap lipstick I've been using before which is also a drugstore brand (not local), It just made my lips super dry and chapped which looks yucky and I regret it, That's why I switched to local brands ever since. Colourette is one of those best local brand that you should add to your makeup collection because their products are really promising!
You may notice that Colourette's Easy Matte Lipsticks is more about nudes and toned down shades which are perfect for all skin types and achieve that MLBB. They actually have 8 shades but I only got their 6 shades, the shades that I am missing is 'Snack & Bop' I might purchase those shades if ever they restock it coz' girl their stocks are so limited because of high frequency of buyers! Kudos to Colourette!

So what's my final verdict? I have no complains really because It does have an excellent quality and very affordable as well. It also delivers what it claims 'High Pigment & Weightless' you should actually see it for yourself. I've been using 'Felt Cute" shade for a week now and I love how comfortable it is when worn even under on a mask but I don't guarantee that it is 'Mask-Proof' nor 'Water Proof' because it's not, and obviously not long lasting which you can worn through out the day because you'll need to reapply every time you eat nor drink. The lipstick can be removed with makeup wipes easily, however you may notice that it leaves a little stain when removed which is in the photo below. To be honest, I still love this lipstick despite having those cons, because girl THEY ARE SO AFFORDABLE! That's what it counts!
