This would be a Travel Blog. Yep, you heard it right! 💕 Finally!, another travel blog and for sure I hope it would be very consistent uploading more. Anyways, Last year, 2018 of October we spend a week on Japan, Tokyo. It is for the celebration of my elder Sister's 35th Birthday. This is our first time travelling in Japan. Luckily, my Cousin is ready to guide us to the whole trip and some of my Sister and her husband's friends.
Well, let's skip that parts for now, alright? In this blog I'm gonna show you our Magical Experience in Tokyo, Disneyland. We will be focusing on this place for now because I'm gonna do a separate blog for the other fun stuff in Japan 😁.
To start with, My Family and I woke up very early to prepare our day for Disneyland. After our morning errands we hurriedly went to the Bus Shuttle Terminal. Our Hotel has a shuttle back and forth in Disneyland since booked a hotel that is very near to Disneyland to save time.
Above photo is me and Family while waiting for the bus shuttle. We took a snap while waiting since the follow strict rules when it comes to time. If you wanted to see all the main attractions at Disneyland better wake up early so you wouldn't miss a thing!
My Niece and I were so excited for this whole day trip! Especially I am very fond of Japan and it's Culture(you know!). It only took 15 minutes before we arrived at Disneyland. Luggage are not strictly prohibited but Selfie Sticks are including Tripods, so beware.
Before we enter the main gate we had to bought our own water on those vending machines though I know it's prohibited inside to bring one, I'm not sure I think I forgot already hihi 🤣
This is the gate ff Disneyland's patio or garden whatever you called it. Honestly, even how hot the weather is I can't say that the temperature isn't cold because dang! Prepare your jackets when going to Disneyland!
While my mom and dad are busy buying us drinks I snapped a few photos on the other side of the Vending Machine. Coz' why not? It looks very Instagramable! hihi 🤭
I also want to remind you that Halloween is the best season you can visit at Disneyland because you can also do cosplay in Japan which very normal for them, you can try to turn in to your favorite Disney Princess or Disney Character. I was so sad that I forgot to bring my cosplay costumes 😕. I hope next time I could bring one na and dress as Ariel, Rapunzel, Mulan or Snow White 😍 yup they're my favorite Disney Princesses!
Since we already bought our Day Tickets ahead of time we casually entered the Park very fast and easy. The attendant will assist you to scan your Park Ticket and you're ready to go.
I also noticed how tons of people are participating on Halloween and wearing their favorite Disney Character. I can tell that this is going to be tiring yet amazing trip!
I feel bad not bringing my own costumes!! 😭😭 Look at them how cute they are!! They are putting a lot of effort on Halloween! I'm soooo Jelly for being not prepared for this! 😭😭😭
Anyway, back to I was saying, we already reached the entrance entering the said park and snap some shots for remembrance. You could also noticed how a tons of park goers in here. Don't expect Disneyland to be have few attendees because Disneyland is always welcome for tourists like us.
Upon entering a lot of Boutiques will welcome you which is already normal in Disneyland and other parks. You can drop by here later after your whole stay at the park since this is only near at the entrance.
You may also notice the long lines side by side It is actually the line for taking photos for the Disney Stars which will took for more than 2 hours. 😂
Better not waste your time waiting here rather than enjoying the park already, visit their main attractions and try their amazing rides! You won't have to worry about the rides you can try in the park because most of them are child friendly and they have tons of Shows and Theater's which you can actually try and enjoy.
The opening parade was already getting started when we entered the said park. Since it's Halloween special expect that a lot of creepy people will show up and prank you or even people wearing creepy Disney characters version.
We did go straight to Cinderella's Castle to start our trip. Remember to snap photos in this area because you might not go back again later although you may go back but It will probably be dark at that that time.
When we reached at Cinderella's Castle we took some shots on this beautiful mosaic showing Cinderella's part of story. Inside the castle has two entrance, One for Souvenir Shop and the Other one is an Attraction which you need to fall in line to get inside.
We ushered to fall in line to our first attraction, which is Cinderella's Hall. Falling In Line only took 15 minutes since the line is moving fast.
I loved how realistic Cinderella's Castle was including the interiors around it. I also spot an armored guard on the castle which looks so amazing! If you already watched Cinderella you would surely loved this and appreciate all of this! To star with our first attraction, Cinderella's Hall was actually a museum tho, It tells Cinderella's full story in a unique way.
Also, Inside of the castle you can actually snap a photo on Cinderella's Throne unfortunately you still need to fall in line to take your turn. We skipped that part tho and leave the castle. There's nothing really special inside the castle but it's up to you if you wanna check it out.
We also spot Beautiful Cosplayer around the castle and we didn't think twice to asked them if we could have a photo with them. Look at how Beautiful and Creative they are! Even the Jack Sparrow is exactly looked like Johnny Depp, no offense but I was shookt that's why I was the only one who got a shot of him.
We proceed to get our tickets first for the rides and theater's. Also bought some snacks since we are already hungry and of course rest a bit so we have the energy to hit the rides later on. We decided to separate ways so we can enjoy the whole park. My mom and dad tried to go a ride while we looked for rides that we can ride on too.
Our first ride was the Western River Railroad. It's like a forest you'll be sitting on a boat which will roam around Disneyland Park. You will see another hidden beauty in Disneyland.
There's an available Narrator along the trip which can explain all the scenery you will see along the way. It is so amazing that you may spot on amazing computerized animals along the way also some Disney Animal Characters too.
The ride only took 30 minutes which is very long ride as you can tell since it rotates the whole area.
Since it's already lunch time we decided to meet already so we can have our lunch on one place. I took some beautiful shots along the way. Honestly, It looks so beautiful and mesmerizing. I can definitely say that Tokyo, Disneyland is far more better than HongKong Disneyland. Everything in here is so well maintained and clean. You won't also have a problem in overtaking lines from citizens since they are disciplined.
When we arrived at the restaurant I didn't had the chance to get a shot of if since we are already very hungry, but I think I got the place on my videos since I was also recording it for a vlog. Anyways, we ate ramen noodles for our lunch obviously because we're in Japan and ramen is a must eat!
After our lunch we leave the restaurant to watch some available theater's, I think we watched around 3 shows. Camera is prohibited inside especially on recording their show. That is a No no.We enjoyed all of the shows we watched and rides we entered. We also did ride the Dumbo Flying Elephant ride but I failed to take shot of it since I prefer to enjoy the whole trip rather than making myself busy snapping photos.
We already looked for a perfect spot to stay for the night parade after all of the attractions we went to. Also, a place to stay for a bit and rest. The heat is very exhausting especially that there's a lot of attendees inside the park.
Since we are killing some time, My mom and I decided to window shop to the close boutiques around and this cart catch our attention. The cart has tons of various Disney Character Hair Accessories which is totally cute! Don't expect these items to be cheap coz' god knows how high quality these items are!
They even have cute purse, some key chains and cute sweater to try on which will be perfect for later because when the night fall, It would be so cold and temperature will drop around -12/-11 degrees.
Most of their hairband with the Mickey and Minnie Design are almost sold out. It's just they're so cute! Though, I didn't buy one for me because I find it very odd to have mickey on the center of my head haha! ow about Mickey/Minnie ears? Nah, I'll pass it's too common already to have those kind of hairband. Actually, I bought one hairband also but forgot whose Disney character it is.
I am in full regret on why didn't I bought one of these cute purse! Gosh! Look at the Pooh and Stitch!! I'm screaming! I just got the Mickey Hat on me since my mom bought it for my brother. Okay, some of ya'll be thinking we're too old for this sh*t but nah! There's no such thing as adult if you're a Disney Fan and when you're in DISNEYLAND! remember this!
Course! I got the chance to borrow my niece cute hat hihi! So adorbs! but wait since we're still waiting for the night parade we also got to try they're delicious Popcorn! We are really wondering why popcorn is such a hit since most of the stalls has long lines buying popcorn.
If you passed by a stall of popcorn you can smell the tasty and buttery scent of it!
It is so tasty! Honestly, even though it's just a regular popcorn you may notice how it really differs to our usual popcorn here in the Philippines. You can taste the butter in the popcorn and it's juiciness!
If you already have an Idea about cosplay, man! Japan is really best at it which I really admire the most. I haven't done cosplay outside wherein I will join catwalks on cosplay events since I am an introvert person but cosplay is just normal in japan! look at how perf they're costume was! How prepared they are in this seasons like these.
Anyway, fast forward from the parade was finished and we already watched it around 7:30 I think? I am not so sure but when the parade ended Disneyland is about to close too but souvenir shops are still wide open. We hurriedly proceed to the shops to browse and gather items that are useful and looks unique rather than stuff that's totally nonsense.
Capturing photos at this time was very hard since I am doing a recorded video. It's pretty tiring too and luckily before the parade we already had our supper. This was really a fun day even though it is pretty tiring but you know! It is once in a lifetime experience better chersish it now or you'll cry in regret like my regret for not trying the desserts inside Tokyo, Disneyland! 😭😭😭
Anyway, after our Disneyland experience ended we came back to the terminal again to ride the same bus going back to the hotel. You should remember the no. of the bus girl so you will not be lost!
